“Who made your pants?” An interview with the founder Becky

Who made your pants the label, which impressed me the most at the Good Fashion Show. Their concept is to use leftover fabrics from the lingerie industry (they also use MYLA fabrics) and have them sewn into pants by women, who came as refugees to the UK in a Southampton Factory.

I talked to Becky, the founder of Who Made Your Pants? and she told me that it is sometimes difficult to work with these women, because they struggle with work ethics, show up late or get frustrated very easily when they have trouble using the sewing machines. Sometimes it’s also hard for them to learn english. The company provides training for them to develop their skills and helps them to integrate into society.

The pants are really cute and the label takes great care to make them as comfortable as possible. You can order them via their Online Shop at the website from (surprisingly) only 12 pounds.

I made a little video to interview her, but unfortunately there is quite a bit of background noise. I hope you still enjoy it.
